Information We Process

We may process company information, user account details, email addresses, request records, uploaded files, workflow logs, notification settings, and billing-related records.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to provide the portal, authenticate users, manage company access, send email or push notifications, process payments, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service.

Company Data Separation

Each company account is separated by tenant-level access controls. Users can access only the data allowed by their company, role, and permissions.

Payments

Card payments are processed by the selected payment provider. The portal stores billing records and payment identifiers, but does not store full card numbers or sensitive card authentication data.

Service Providers

We may use infrastructure, email, storage, hosting, database, and payment providers to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed for service delivery.

Retention

Data is retained while the company account is active or as required for operational, legal, billing, security, and audit purposes.

Security

We use access controls, authentication, tenant isolation, and secure provider integrations to protect information. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to reduce risk.
