These terms apply to the use of Request Portal, a cloud-based request and procurement workflow management service.
Service
The service allows companies to manage internal requests, approvals, notifications, files, users, and related workflow data. Access is provided according to the selected subscription plan and configured user permissions.
Accounts and Access
Each company is responsible for maintaining accurate account information, inviting authorized users only, and protecting login credentials. Users must not attempt to access another company's data or misuse the system.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected by the company. A plan becomes active after successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. If payment fails, expires, or is reversed, access may remain on the current plan or be limited according to subscription status.
Files and Data
Customers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of uploaded files and entered data. Storage limits may apply based on the active plan.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or force majeure events may affect access.
Changes
We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or billing conditions change. Continued use of the service after updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
